About the Role: Title: Data Analyst Location:

Houston, TX or Evansville, IN / 3 days onsite Duration: 6 month contract (with the possibility of conversion after 3 months) Must Haves: 3 years of experience with a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience with Data visualization software like PowerBI, Tableau, and Looker Experience with Cloud Computing Platforms such as GCP, Azure, and AWS. Experience with Data Warehousing technology like Oracle Databases, SAP HANA, Google BigQuery Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R for data analysis and scripting Data government experience Plusses: Project Management Experience Utility experience Day to Day: Insight Global is seeking a Data Analyst to support one of our largest Energy/Utility clients.

This data analysts will leverage their knowledge of systems, business processes, regulatory requirements and mathematical/statistical expertise to develop new datasets, provide oversight to processes and systems affecting data quality, and perform exploratory analysis to discover new insights. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's data and analytics strategy by working closely with the business to execute on data-driven initiatives. You will be responsible for developing data solutions, performing data analysis, and growing data awareness and literacy within the company.

This role requires a strong foundation in data analytics with a good understanding of data science, data engineering, and data modeling skills. Other Responsibilities: Meet with maintenance lead/supervisor for handoff reports and expectations for shift Preventative/corrective maintenance on all equipment like conveyors, steel flattening machines, and other manufacturing equipment Work on plant projects of new commissioned machines and old machines Working with all departments in helping improve processes through maintenance and schedules Compensation : $40hr to $50hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
