We're seeking a technically oriented, customer centric individual to join our Client Success organization. As an Data Analyst, you will support the Inbox Health organization with pricing analysis, finding efficiencies and owning the invoicing process.
Manage client invoicing process
Work with the Product team to enhance invoicing in the Inbox Health application
Track and update per practice revenue to be used by the Sales and Client Engagement teams
Interface with the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Office on company pricing models
Analyze current client pricing for profitability efficiency and increase recommendations
Understand and analyze merchant pricing to determine if and where concessions during the sales cycle can be made
Client support tasks where needed
