As Analytics Analyst III- Audit, you'll identify, design, and develop data analytics to support the various audit activities performed by the internal audit teams. The successful candidate will establish an efficient, automated, repeatable process to extract large sets of data and analyze the data. This role requires extensive collaboration with the audit teams, audit management, Information Technology, and various other roles across the organization.

Responsibilities/Expectations:

  • Identifies, designs, and develops data analytics to support activities performed by the audit teams

  • Facilitates data acquisition and storage to accomplish desired outcome

  • Communicates with management and stakeholders to prepare, present and explain data, using visualization tools

  • Automates testing and establish continuous monitoring activities

  • Facilitates interviews with business and IT representatives, to identify appropriate data sources, evaluate workflow processes, and identify solution requirements

  • Analyzes, classifies, and documents functional and technical requirements

  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in related field and minimum of four (4) years' in data analytics or audit experience

  • Preferred: Minimum of six (6) years related experience

Other Requirements:

  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority

  • Needs proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills

  • Analytic and report writing skills using data analytics software and other tools

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills

ADDITIONAL DESCRIPTION

  • Preferred: Specific knowledge of ACL, Arbutus, Tableau

  • Preferred: Professional accreditation (Certified Data Analyst, CIA, CISA, CPA, CFE)

Essential Duties Include: * Creation and maintenance of product item master data; including, but not limited to, part number, brand name, part description, vendor information, unit of measure, and category codes within the ERP system. * Creation and maintenance of all products bill of material, production work cell routings, and item locations within the ERP system. * Establish custom item base pricing that meets current guidelines for quoting and final sale purposes. * A strong understanding of product configurations and applications as it relates to the manufacture and sale of said product. * A general understanding of manufacturing production work cell capabilities. * Data building within Microsoft Excel and data extraction from the ERP system for projects related to product data including, but not limited to, Engineering Change Requests. * Cross departmental collaboration on various projects including, but not limited to, New Product Development.
