This position is based in our Philadelphia office.
We're looking for a Data Analyst to join the Hero Digital Data & Insights team. Do you love digging into business-critical data to improve website performance? What You'll Do
Assist in unique digital analytics assessments, development and implementation projects for client websites, mobile app and campaign projects, which consist of requirements gathering and solution design, implementation, QA and deployment.
Produce client-facing reports that contain analysis, surface trends, and recommend areas of improvement for both websites and related digital marketing activity.
Conduct tag audits to identify tracking gaps or inconsistencies and resolve technical implementation or tracking issues using debugging tools like Charles, ObservePoint, etc.
Use a wide variety of tools including Excel, Business Intelligence, and various digital analytics software CRM, like Google Analytics, and Adobe.
Have basic knowledge of how A/B and multivariate testing is used for various web based initiatives.
Design and deliver presentations, custom dashboards and executive reports for tracking our key digital business metrics.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in quantitative field such as information technology, computer science, applied mathematics, statistics or related fields preferred but not required.
2+ years experience working with digital data in some capacity.
Can demonstrate expertise in web and digital marketing data interpretation and visualization, including work samples.
Superb communication skills, including using data storytelling presented in a business context.
Intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Excel, Tableau, Domo, PowerBI and/or other data reporting and visualization platforms. Sitecore experience a huge plus.
Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced, consulting environment.
Familiarity with e-commerce, online advertising, SEO, email marketing, mobile and use of social media.
SQL, SAS, Unica and/or other enterprise reporting experience would be a bonus.
