Manages and prioritizes monthly process for identifying abandoned property and working with internal business partners on streamlining of the process.
Customizes and maintains the Claims Editing systems to ensure third party carriers and internal customers are provided with all appropriate data. Additionally, facilitates system updates from the vendor.
Ensures annual pricing files are obtained from third party carriers as well as AMA, federal register, insurance directories, and Fee Analyzer files and formatted to be uploaded into the Epic system.
Updates and assists with planning, coordination, and implementation of RMD policies and procedures.
Provides data requested for various audits.
Performs other duties as required or assigned to support departmental needs.
Associate's degree in Liberal Arts or Business Administration, or the equivalent in education and experience, with 3 years of experience in Health Care Billing required.
Knowledge of billing systems, database management systems preferred.
