Role Purpose:

Responsible for spearheading data analysis initiatives and ensuring data integrity and accessibility across the organization. Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand data requirements, design and implement dashboards and reports, and enforce data governance standards. Act as a center of excellence, guiding teams in best practices and methodologies. Assist in database design and querying while providing support for software implementation projects. The initial six months of this role will focus on supporting data migration and cleansing needs within an active ERP migration, transitioning thereafter into a role more focused on reporting and data governance.

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to analyze data and reporting requirements, lead the design, development, and implementation of dashboard and reports, and drive data governance and best practices.

• Assist business units with discovery of data, analysis, and dashboarding needs, including initial creation, handoff, support, and end user training.

• Assist in SQL database structure, design, and querying.

• Develop and uphold standards for data governance, integrity, and accessibility.

• Provide project support for the initial implementation and adoption of the ERP.

• Additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field, business (with strong technical aptitude), or related field and subsequent relevant work experience.

Experience and Competencies:

4-7 years of experience in a similar or related role.

Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and working with structured data is a must.

Infor CSI or SyteLine, Cyberscience Cyberquery, and Power BI experience is desired.

Ability to tell a story with the data; experience with data presentation, visualization, ROI calculations, KPIs, and generating business cases.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
