Responsibilities:
Work closely with partners to extract insights from our rich and complex data.
Collaborate with leaders to translate business needs into data problems.
Build metrics, scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and reports to inform and run the business.
Deliver actionable business recommendations through analyses and data storytelling.
Support the GM in organizing, coordinating, and managing meetings with internal and external stakeholders to foster alignment and effectiveness within the executive and senior leadership teams.
You are a thinker and doer, a leader and relationship builder, a go-getter and an organizer.
Required Skills:
2-5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Analysis, or Data Science roles, building data pipelines and analyzing large datasets to solve problems.
Must Have - SaaS experience
Revenue operations background, experience working closely with business team.
Strong statistical knowledge.
Expertise in visualization and using data insights to make recommendations and achieve goals.
Proven ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects with great attention to detail and superior program management skills.
Ability to clearly communicate results and drive impact.
Comfortable collaborating across functions to identify data analytics problems and execute solutions with technical rigor and data-driven insights.
Advanced Excel skills, with knowledge of formulas, pivot tables and v-lookup required.
A superstar at navigating ambiguity/white space - ability to get stuff done quickly and efficiently. Ability to see around corners and anticipate challenges and risks.
Stellar problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and structure complex problems into high quality, analytically sound, detail-oriented solutions with little guidance.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
2-5 years of relevant experience.
