Location: Mclean, VA

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with partners to extract insights from our rich and complex data.

• Collaborate with leaders to translate business needs into data problems.

• Build metrics, scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and reports to inform and run the business.

• Deliver actionable business recommendations through analyses and data storytelling.

• Support the GM in organizing, coordinating, and managing meetings with internal and external stakeholders to foster alignment and effectiveness within the executive and senior leadership teams.

• You are a thinker and doer, a leader and relationship builder, a go-getter and an organizer.

Required Skills:

• 2-5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Analysis, or Data Science roles, building data pipelines and analyzing large datasets to solve problems.

• Must Have - SaaS experience

• Revenue operations background, experience working closely with business team.

• Strong statistical knowledge.

• Expertise in visualization and using data insights to make recommendations and achieve goals.

• Proven ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects with great attention to detail and superior program management skills.

• Ability to clearly communicate results and drive impact.

• Comfortable collaborating across functions to identify data analytics problems and execute solutions with technical rigor and data-driven insights.

• Advanced Excel skills, with knowledge of formulas, pivot tables and v-lookup required.

• A superstar at navigating ambiguity/white space - ability to get stuff done quickly and efficiently. Ability to see around corners and anticipate challenges and risks.

• Stellar problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and structure complex problems into high quality, analytically sound, detail-oriented solutions with little guidance.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
