Summary

Analyzes current processes to determine program performance and opportunity for efficiencies. Assists in the implementation of new clients by integrating workflows into current operations. Builds presentations and completes analyses to assist the operations director in communications to the client and senior management. Manages and develops requirements for designated special projects and project plans. Translates business workflows and requirements into pathway algorithms; evaluates existing pathways for operational efficiencies. Monitors processes and identifies areas for improvement. Generates reports and analysis to support programs, integration projects, and current operations. Documents and maintains operational workflows, requirements, pathways, business tools, CPT codes, and criteria. Coordinates with key leaders to execute projects. Prepares training and direction for interdepartmental staff interacting with the program. Develops client facing skill set and coordinates client activities as directed by either the Director or Associate Program Director. Mentors analysts with less tenure. Other duties as necessary.

Minimum Experience Required
0-2 years

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio; SQL and other data software experience is desirable

Experience or working knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or other data visualization tool
