BroadStaff is excited to be working with our client, a system integrator offering engineering and deployment/construction services, on their DAS Construction Manager in the Carolinas. This is a full time, 6 month contract to hire position based in Raleigh or Charlotte.

Position Summary:
The DAS Construction Manager will be responsible for managing installations of DAS facilities in public venues, Small Cell, Rooftop and Utility/Light Pole Sites as well as . The ideal candidate will have the ability to coordinate with subcontractors, RF engineering, engineering, and client network operations teams.

Job Responsibilities:
Assisting on site walks to determine price proposals
Qualify and coordinating the activities of Dewberry construction subcontractors
Manage the schedules for construction activities
Inspect the quality of construction of internal and external work to meet or exceed customer requirements
Manage and monitor project schedules.
Manage job site safety and safety practices to meet OSHA, federal, state, local and company safety requirements
Ability to manage projects independently while prioritizing work assignments and multi-tasking in a fast paced, multi-site environment. Job

BS in Construction Management Program, or equivalent work experience preferred.
2 4 years experience with expanded levels of responsibility.
Experience managing construction associated with distributed antenna systems, macro sites, fiber installation, small cell systems, wireless macro site upgrades preferred.
Experience managing Verizon and AT&T installations a plus.
OSHA -10 hour course training preferred.

This is a roll-up the sleeves and be the driving force behind Zscaler's World-Class, First-90-day customer experience, including customer on boarding, best practice service configuration, and overall service deployment. As a DAS Engineer you will provide world-class post-sales deployment services to new and existing enterprise and service provider customers. You will design and configure network and systems configuration to enable customers to use the Zscaler cloud security technologies. In addition you will execute specific phases of Zscaler deployments, and interact directly with customers using a variety of channels (phone, email, online) in a professional and efficient manner. The DAS Engineer will also interact with partners and other internal Zscaler teams including support and engineering. Responsibilities/What You'll Do: * Engage with customers on deployments, to provide detailed guidance regarding deployment steps, best practices, and expected product behavior * Work with sales team to ensure hand-over of customer and design information * Provide deployment advisory services and deployment design, recommendations, and configurations * Assist deploying customers with testing or troubleshooting.
