Michigan Milk Producers Association is looking for an experienced Business Analyst(Supply Chain), skilled with D365. The primary focus for this role will be to document process, provide technical support, and train users on the use of MMPA's business systems (Primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations).
You will act as subject matter expert to solve users' challenges within operations and logistics modules, support day-to-day tickets relating to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, and provide technical and functional support to Logistics, Procurement, Operations, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) teams.
As well will gather business requirements for upcoming software integrations and extensions as well as contribute to gap analysis related activities for both current and future acquisitions. A dedication to training and growth of the user base through various methods of end-user training is vital to the success of this position..

The Michigan Milk Producers Association (MMPA) - established in 1916 - is a dairy farmer-owned and operated milk marketing cooperative and dairy processor. As the 10th largest dairy cooperative in the U.S., MMPA serves dairy farmers throughout Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Indiana, employing approximately 625 people in four states. In addition to a cheese plant in Indiana called the Middlebury Cheese Company, and a dairy product plant in Ohio called Superior Dairy, MMPA operates two SQF Level 3 dairy ingredient plants in Michigan. Products made at MMPA's plants include fluid milk, cheese, ultra-filtered milk, ice cream, butter, nonfat dry milk, cream, and condensed skim milk.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Troubleshoot user issues within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365)
This can occasionally include night and weekend incidents.
This may sometimes require communication with 3rd party support.
Work with users to identify potential targets for software development
Document existing business processes, create user training materials, train users
Occasionally lead process improvement projects
Create and modify business workflows within Dynamics 365.
Configure new and existing features within D365 to fit expanding and evolving business processes
Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of system modifications and new development
Assist with user access and permissions modifications within Dynamics 365
Assist with gap/fit analysis for new acquisitions and legacy software sunsetting
Lead and promote healthy and safe work practices as required by regulatory agencies and Company policy.
Solve users' challenges within operations and logistics modules and works on the day-to-day tickets relating to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
Provide technical and functional support for logistics/procurement/operations related issues in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
Act as subject matter expert, working closely with business and enterprise resource planning (ERP) team to support and implement key solutions.
Monitor operation, supply chain, warehouse management, MRP, inventory management and other related modules.
Support D365 regression testing and train users on new functionalities and enhancements.
Regular and predictable, full-time, on-site attendance during scheduled hours.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, supply chain
Or equivalent experience within these areas of a business
Prefer 1 or more years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
Prefer experience with supply chain, manufacturing
Prefer 1 or more years' experience documenting functional requirements, workflow, and/or translating business/functional requirements to technical specifications for system improvements
Communication is key. Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
Working knowledge of modules related to operation, supply chain, warehouse management, MRP, inventory management and other related modules
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
