Position Description:

We are currently seeking a D365 Business Analyst to support our ERP systems.

Scope of Responsibilities:

The individual in this role will:

• Collaborate with Warehouse, Operations, and Engineering departments to identify D365 and Co Pilot optimizations. Which includes design, test, and implement those initiatives.

• Coordinate with department heads to assess departmental application training needs and objectives. Ensure that the trainers or designated power users are fully trained in current and new functionality, (train the trainers).

• Collaborate with Vendors (ISV's), and third parties to support the functionality and integrations between D365 and peripheral systems. Ensure those are working as designed.

• Field incoming problem tickets from end users to resolve application and software issues.

• Record, track, and document the problem-solving process to final resolution.

• Participate in the routine Microsoft upgrades by providing guidance, expertise, and testing upgrades and enhancements to the applications.

• Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, and end users.

• Engage in ongoing training to learn and expand expertise on the software applications used and supported by the organization.

Requirements/Preferences:

• In-depth, hands-on knowledge and experience with enterprise and desktop applications, including MS Dynamics 365/MS AX, Supply Chain and Warehouse Management, Azure DevOps, MS Excel, MS Word.

• Experience with Microsoft CRM/CE a plus.

• Working knowledge of International processing.

• A college diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, or equivalent experience in information systems is required.

• Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue-resolution techniques.

• Able to develop and interpret technical documentation.

• Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives
