The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and Control inventory integrity.
Track and report inventory accuracy metrics
Review transaction accuracy in JDE.
Research inventory discrepancies for root cause.
Develop and implement corrective actions across the organization to eliminate the cause of the discrepancy utilizing PDCA methodology.
Perform random receipt audits.
Perform random and program cycle counts
Support part phase in/out with cycle counts
Train personnel on proper inventory transaction methods.
Participate in Continuous Improvement activities
High School Diploma or GED required
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Highly computer literate.
Analytical skills and the ability to make autonomous decisions.
Forklift certificate required
Ability to read drawings.
