Mission Statement: Revolutionizing fueling operations globally by optimizing safety, efficiency, reliability, and environmental sustainability through innovative fuel handling and information management solutions.
Responsible for performing daily cycle counts and reporting results according to the OPW Retail Fueling Cycle Count Policy and Cycle Count Procedure, which includes root cause analysis, and implementing corrective action.
Ability to plan, organize, and possess analytical skills to insure success of daily tasks, and timely cycle counts.
Perform bin audits, location clean-ups, and follow-up on control counts as required.
Assist in analyzing obsolete and slow moving inventory, as well as working with Engineering, Value Stream Managers, and Purchasing to reduce the exposure of Excess and Obsolete Inventory
Assist in conducting process audits to ensure compliance with OPW Inventory policies and procedures, which may include job shadowing to ensure a full understanding of the current state.
Assist Buyers and/or inventory control personnel in implementing inventory corrections resulting from Engineering Changes and New Product Development projects.
Conduct monthly audits of the manufacturing seal process as required by OPW Corporate Policy.
Assist the Inventory Analyst, and value streams to ensure the proper identification and labeling of component parts according to the OPW standard labeling schematic.
General material handling responsibilities as needed.
Adheres to safety procedures/standards within the course of performing the job tasks

High School Diploma or GED.
Valid Forklift Certification
Ability to read, write, and follow directions.
Prior experience with cycle counting and root cause analysis is highly preferred.
Strong Analytical Skills is required. Candidate must be detail oriented.
Demonstrated understanding of material transaction analysis, preferably in an Oracle or SAP environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective action.
Solid written, verbal, and math skills required. Proficiency in the English language is essential.
Must be results oriented, highly organized, and work well in cross functional teams.
Proficient in MS Office. (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Ability to comprehensively count for the duration of the scheduled shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds intermittently ability to move in a full-range of motion.
Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time.
Flexibility and willingness to work overtime, if needed
