We have an immediate need for a senior Cybersecurity Analysis Manager to lead a large team of cyber analysts, engineers, and data scientists focused on analyzing cyber threats and adversarial activity to protect our customer's information and information systems. Our team focuses on the secure design, implementation, and operation of technologies deployed in facilities worldwide. They also evaluate new and emerging technologies to ensure that security requirements are established, incorporated into the design, and then deployed across both enterprise and mission based systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading teams, intelligence analysis, network and cloud security. She or he must demonstrate an exceptional work ethic, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a background in managing multiple teams in complex operating environments. They must be able to work with multiple stakeholders, often with differences in background and seniority. They must be able to establish clear, attainable solutions and project plans to achieve intended outcomes. The successful candidate must also be able to collaborate with different groups, many of which will not be direct reports, to align priorities and resources by drawing upon shared values and organizational commitment. A background in organizational change, budgeting, and leadership development is a plus.

Responsibilities

Functional Duties: Serves as the GDIT task manager overseeing personnel and activities supporting the cyber threat analysis program. Interfaces and coordinates with customer leadership with key focus on effective, efficient, and compliant contractor support. Executes proper staffing, providing appropriate, qualified, and sufficient contractor resources to meet specified requirements. Establishes work duties and schedules, and addresses work discrepancies. Supervises and communicates program policies, purposes, and goals to subordinates. Formulates and enforces work standards. Performs quality control; ensures contractor performance meets established performance standards. Monitors, tracks, and reports on the status of contractor activities. Identifies, promotes, and implements process improvements.

  • Leading teams of cyber analysts and engineers to achieve customer defined outcomes.

  • Ensuring successful execution of customer defined work products and projects, ensuring intended outcomes are achieved.

  • Building effective teams.

  • Recruiting, developing and retaining cybersecurity talent.

  • Identifying and requesting the right combination of resources and tools to ensure program success.

  • Identifying needed changes in contract personnel, tools, and capabilities to support changing cybersecurity environment.

  • Developing training for new capabilities and ensures all team members meet technical knowledge, skills, and ability (KSAs) standards

  • Developing and implementing program performance measures focused on demonstrating impact and mission fulfillment.

  • Supporting strategic program planning and resource alignment.

  • Managing team and individual performance, development, and training.

  • Ensuring contract deliverables and work products are provided on-time, and meet quality standards, and address customer expectations.

Required Qualifications:

  • MUST have a minimum Interim Secret Clearance to start and be eligible to obtain Top Secret SCI

  • CISSP OR SANS GIAC certification required

  • EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification required

  • ITIL certification required

  • Master's Degree in relevant field required

  • Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in enterprise systems lifecycle management, structured system development methodologies (preferably Information Engineering), structured analysis, and/or information systems development or a relevant technical discipline

  • Demonstrated experience in enterprise risk management with strong understanding of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, probability and impact.

  • Proficiency in written and oral communications across multiple stakeholder groups ranging from junior staff to senior executives.

  • Strong background in process development, documentation, and continuous improvement.

  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals

  • Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job aids, and hands-on training materials.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Desired Certifications: PMP, CISM, GSTRT

  • Expertise in network security analysis.

  • Experience in cloud security and cloud forensics

  • Experience working closely with law enforcement to meet evidence collection and criminal process standards.

  • Demonstrated experience leading in times of change.

  • Proficiency in process automation and automated performance metric generation.

  • Experience providing leadership and technical training.
