Cybersecurity Product Specialist

As a Cybersecurity Product Specialist, you will participate in a combination of business development and billable projects focused on the sale and delivery of Atos Cybersecurity products. These products range from Identity and Access Management to Encryption and Internet of Things security. Most of your time will be focused on business development activities including customer presentations and demonstrations, architecting solutions based on Atos Cybersecurity products and working with other Atos teams to build solutions around the Atos Cybersecurity products.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of solutions based on the Atos Cybersecurity product portfolio and support ongoing business development activities as part of comprehensive cybersecurity solutions.

  • Advise project teams, operations teams, and customers on best practices regarding the use of Atos Cybersecurity products

  • Lead proposals and RFP responses related to Atos cybersecurity products

  • Support business development activities such as presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and proof of concepts

  • Coordinate with other cybersecurity architects and subject matter experts as well as technology partner technical experts to design and deliver innovative solutions and create business opportunities.

  • Be a thought leader and contribute to the creation of new and innovative service offerings to drive business

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field

  • At least 8 years' experience in Information Technology Consulting

  • At least 5 years in Identity and Access Management consulting and project delivery

  • At least 5 years architecting and leading the solutioning and delivery of security solutions, particularly Identity and Access Management and encryption.

  • At least 3 years focused on pre-sales and business development federation

  • Experience preparing detailed solution designs and presenting the solution in business terms to a C-level audience

  • Hands on experience with IAM or encryption products

  • Willingness to travel up to an average of 50%

  • Familiarity with multiple IAM product sets is a plus

  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done when necessary

  • Enthusiasm to learn new and emerging IAM and cybersecurity technologies

  • Be a self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a team

  • Be a valuable and contributing team member, taking guidance from others and executing on specific significant task

  • Demonstrate strong skills in analyzing customer business processes and technical environments

  • Demonstrate commitment to delivering projects within time and in budget and to a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Experience in facilitating workshops and developing and conducting presentations and training for both business executives and technical audiences.

  • Proven command of spoken and written English (ability to write a publication quality level to recommend to clients)

  • Information Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, QSA or CISM are a plus

VIEW JOBS 11/8/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-02-06T00:00 The Cybersecurity Analyst is primarily responsible for the corporate cybersecurity environment and securing it from information theft, corruption, or unauthorized access. This position interfaces extensively with key stakeholders across corporate operations to monitor the progress of security initiatives. Responsibilities: * Monitor systems for alarms, notifications of possible malicious email, or other activity. Analyze available data along with known Indicators of Compromise, Threat Intelligence Feeds, and other sources of information for possible malicious activity. * Identify processes, application, or system improvements to align with security goals, policies, compliance requirements, and/or industry best practices. Document recommendations and effectively communicate those to management. Take ownership of the changes and see them through to completion. * Maintain cybersecurity systems across H&P's infrastructure. Participate in or lead system reviews, system tuning activities, and updates on cybersecurity tools in accordance with best practices and security goals. Implement and take ownership of new cybersecurity systems and tools as required. * Work closely with other business units, internal and external to IT, on projects to ensure security requirements are integrated into computing systems. Validate recommended security settings are in place prior to and after system go-live. * Provide mentorship to less experienced staff. Assist in the development and/or delivery of Security Awareness Training to H&P. Continue to develop skills and industry related knowledge through formal training, research, organizational memberships, threat feeds, etc. * Participate as a member of H&P's Cybersecurity Incident Response Team. If required, act as Incident Response Team Lead until properly relieved. Ensure appropriate response actions are taken to resolve the incident. Ensure all actions taken are properly documented in accordance with standards. Participate in and/or lead the Root Cause Analysis effort after the incident is resolved. Participate in and/or lead After-Action Reporting and Remediation Efforts. * Assist and/or create and maintain written documentation for processes and procedures within the Cybersecurity team. * Incident response briefing to senior level executives defining initial issue, response effort, remediation steps, and identified enterprise risk and exposure. * Other Duties as Assigned. * Demonstrate the H&P Core values of Actively C.A.R.E., Service Attitude, Innovative Spirit, and Teamwork. Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Assurance or a related STEM field. * CISSP, CEH, GSEC, LPT, GPEN, OSCP, CHFI, CCNA Security, CISM, or similar certification preferred. * 3+ years of IT and / or closely related leadership experience, and 3+ years of cybersecurity and cyber incident response related experience. * Oil and Gas or other Critical Infrastructure (e.g. Electric Power, Manufacturing), and / or large-scale networks with overseas locations preferred. * Government or Military experience a plus. * Proven success in an operational security capacity, to include but not limited to: Incident Response, Network Security Monitoring, Troubleshooting, Forensics, Systems Risk Analysis, Penetration Testing, and related areas. * Experience with one or more of the following systems/technologies: SIEM, Intrusion Detection/Protection Systems, Next Generation Firewall, Endpoint Protection and Remediation, Vulnerability Management, Application Whitelisting, Network Packet Inspection, Email Security Systems, or related. * Working knowledge of networking concepts, analysis of network packet captures, boundary protection, and related security issues. * Working knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux), applications, logging, virtualization technologies and related server and workstation systems, protocols, and security issues. * Knowledge of various attack vectors used in association for network intrusion, data exfiltration, etc. * Familiarity with cybersecurity policies, processes, standards, industry best practices, and frameworks (NIST, ISO, CIS, etc.). * Highly motivated, self-starting individual able to multi-task and manage to timelines with very little supervision in a fast-paced environment. * Proven strong oral and written communication/presentation skills to a broad range of employees. Able to clearly communicate technical details to IT and Engineering personnel, but also simplify explanations for non-technical individuals. * Strong interpersonal skills that establish and sustain close working relationships with functional teams and subject matter experts both internal and external to IT. * Network programming, web application administration and design, network and / or systems architecture automation, or related courses of study preferred. * Cybersecurity related coursework at the university level or widely recognized organization (e.g. SANS) preferred.
