The Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) Cybersecurity Marketing/Product Specialist r will be responsible for the direct product management of the HBS Cybersecurity Products and Services (Offerings Portfolio) enabling further growth whilst being aligned to addressing customer challenges in the cyber-physical world. This key role will form part of the Cybersecurity BTI team, and build on the established Cybersecurity Offerings Portfolio and set the product, services and development programs to allow an always competitive, customer embracing and challenge resolving Buildings Cybersecurity solution set. This will include identifying key value propositions and go to market strategies, and establishing value based pricing models. The Cybersecurity Product Manager having direct engagement with Business Development Managers, Account Executives and Consultants and will work to drive revenue and business growth to meet accelerated business plans working directly to address market challenges with respect to Cybersecurity and ensure that at all times the HBS Cybersecurity Offerings Portfolio is at the forefront of not only technological advancement but also established and agreed partner relationships in order to increase customer Cybersecurity resilience. The role will build and deliver sales engagement materials and training to enable the workforce to identify, pursue, and sell cybersecurity offerings to customers. The successful candidate will partner with Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales and Business Development, Operations and Engineering amongst others to successfully develop, launch and manage products on time, market ready and aligned with customer demand and expectations in support of the company's overall strategy and goals in support of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets.

You Must Have:

  • Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
  • 10+ years demonstrated experience in Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager roles.
  • 5+ years demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
  • 5+ years technical background, with exposure and expertise across the Cybersecurity landscape, including but not limited to; infrastructure, networking, software, systems, applications, integration, virtualization and storage technologies as well as best practice for design and implementation.

We Value:

  • ITIL IT Service Management Certification

  • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar.

  • Certification and/or Training in relevant ICT industry technologies such as MCTS/MCSA (Microsoft), VCP (VMware), CCNA (Cisco) or similar.

  • Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.

  • 5+ years of experience in a job in the Cybersecurity market.

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

  • Experience in the implementation of ITIL practices, continuous improvement and client focused service delivery standards and methodologies in large and complex organizations

Job Responsibilities * Participate in Data Protection and Data Governance projects and initiatives * Help define the Data Protection and Data Governance requirements needed to protect data assets * Work closely with business units to review and understand Data Protection and Data Governance requirements for new and in-flight projects and initiatives, with the ability to articulate the impacts clearly and concisely, while also offering practical suggestions as to remediation activities * Work closely with business units on the deployment and operation of Data Protection and Data Governance-related technology * Manage the configuration and testing of business rules around the correct handling and usage of data assets * Help with data discovery efforts * Work closely with business units to gather and manage remediation metrics Qualifications Minimum Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, data science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience * 3+ years' experience working as a data analyst or data architect, or equivalent experience * Knowledge of Data Protection, Data Governance, or data lifecycle methodologies and concepts * Knowledge of data architecture, database technologies, and cloud services * Capable of aggregating data and producing reports for representing status and results * Self-motivated and results-oriented * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Demonstrable track record dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile, fast-paced environment * 3 or more years experience with Cybersecurity framework like NIST, COBIT, ISA, and ISO * Basic knowledge of SMB/CIFS, NFS, and other data sharing protocols is a plus. * Experience with SQL databases and basic SQL operations for data manipulation * Experience with data and business requirements gathering/analysis * Experience with Data Protection or Data Governance tools (e.g., data discovery, data mapping data lineage, data loss prevention, database activity monitoring, data modeling) * Experience in developing detailed requirements for product evaluations * Experience with SQL Server and SSAS experience - a plus * Experience with SharePoint, Archer, ServiceNow, and/or Agile - a plus * Knowledge of laws and regulations that impact SunTrust (e.g., FCRA, GLBA, UDAAP, Dodd-Frank, GDPR) - a plus * One or more leading Cybersecurity certifications like Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Preferred Skills: * Strong customer and quality-focus is a must.
