  • Intermediate to support SCA-V work at Ft. Eustis, VA.

Duties include:

  • Act as Army SCA-V Team Member conducting RMF Validation activities CONUS wide

  • 75% required travel to CONUS locations

  • Compile and provide written reports to the Team Lead and customer as required

  • Conduct self assessments and/ or validations

  • NETCOM SCA-V TTP

  • SCA-V Recommendation Memo

  • SCA-V Risk Notebook

  • SCA-V Risk Assessment Report

  • Conduct In-Brief, daily Hot Washes, and Exit-Brief to the Customer

  • Complete validation work in prescribed timelines, and meet 20 day after validation submission requirements

  • Must execute any other requirement as Directed by the Program Manager, COR or KO as required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • HS + 7 years of related experience or AA/AS +5 or BA/BS +3

  • To include up to 5 years Cybersecurity experience

  • IAM II certification (CASP, CAP, CISSP) required

  • Secret T5 clearance required

  • MCP Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 or MCSE required

  • Cisco Security certification (CCSP, CCNP-Security or CCNA-Security) required

  • Proficiency in Army-approved network operation systems (AD, Windows Server 08/12); Client Operating Systems (Windows 7/10)

  • Security Content Default Protocols (SCAP), Compliance Checker (SCC), NESSUS (ACAS), Information Assurance Vulner4ability Management (IAVM) scanners

  • Proficiency in Army-approved patching utilities (SCCM, WSUS, or other DOD patching tools)

  • Proficiency in Army-approved network and boundary defense mechanisms (routers, switches, firewalls and intrusion detection)

  • Proficiency in Army-approved VPN hardware; Bluecoat Proxy; Microsoft BitLocker or EFS

  • CAC/ PKI and alternate smart-card requirements

  • RMF expertise with McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator, HBSS, and VTC

  • eMASS and Cybersecurity validation testing/ assessment

  • Proficiency with Wireless tools and technologies (Flying Squirrel)

  • Proficiency with any other Army approved tools or technology that would be found on most ICANs
