Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, modify, and improve database tables
  • Create, update, modify, and improve simple to complex queries
  • Create, update, modify and improve simple to complex forms
  • Provide visual basic scripting support to create, update, modify and improve modules and macros
  • Add and/or update data within the RMF database to include information from RMF supporting documents, links to documents stored on the web, control correlation identifier owner ships, and RMF overlay relationships
  • Sustain and maintain RMF database for optimum performance
  • Research and innovate database improvements for evolving Cyber LOB requirements and assignments

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must possess active Secret security clearance
  • Pursuing bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • IAM I Level Certification
  • Current Oracle Certified Associate or above in Administration, or Current Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or above in SQL Server or Data Management
  • 3 years of relevant/recent experience with database administration
  • 5 years of relevant/recent experience with DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) or RMF
  • 3 years of relevant/recent experience with Microsoft Office products

VIEW JOBS 1/16/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-04-15T00:00 Database Developer Position Description: The Oracle Database developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle databases for the DCAPES program. In addition, the database developer will gather and write requirements for customer approval, use continuous integration, change management, and configuration management build and release tools, and resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation. Qualifications and Experience: * Experience with schema and table design. * Experience with a modeling tool like ERWIN or others. * Experience in PL/SQL development, writing stored procedures, functions and triggers. * Experience in writing PL/SQL code to support Web applications. * Experience in data warehouse, data mart and data load. * Hands on experience with ETL, SQL data load scripts and SQL data loader. * Experience in UNIX environment is a must. Good working knowledge of UNIX shell scripts. * Expertise in strategies and approaches for performance optimization, and replication. Ability to use latest Oracle release's features for effective development and superior performance. * Experience with Oracle 11g or 12c. * Self-starter. Ability to take initiative and ownership. * B.S. Computer Science (CS), Information Systems, or other technical degree with 3-5 years of experience (or 5-7 years of experience without degree) in Software Design and Architecture, Software Development Lifecycle, and Secure Software Development. * Active DOD Secret-Level Security Clearance.
