Position Goals:Assist in the monitoring and review of security controls to detect cybersecurity threats. Provide risk analysis of business applications and information technology infrastructure with consulting to improve security functionality. Responsibilities:
* Provide analysis of security events and investigate cybersecurity threats to the environment. * Identify and communicate threat intelligence to appropriate stakeholders. * Create and maintain key cybersecurity metrics. * Participate as a member of the Incident Response Team (IRT); including forensic evidence gathering and analysis. * Perform reviews of business application and infrastructure systems and projects to identify cybersecurity risk * Act as a technical and process subject matter expert (SME) for Cybersecurity operations. Including attestations, checks and functions. * Participate in preparing for Information Security IT audits and exams. * Assist with Cybersecurity reviews of application and infrastructure systems. * Review and consult with IT on various technologies including network security, logs, routers, switches, hubs, corporate applications and general cybersecurity related resources. * Implement, maintain and monitor network security and performance. * Perform periodic attestation, control and performance procedures as deemed necessary. * Participate in Cybersecurity Operations on-call program.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:In addition to the list below, it is understood that all positions with the company require individuals who possess a pleasant and friendly attitude, project sensitivity towards customers and fellow employees, and maintain a neat and clean professional appearance. Requirements:
Education- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).Experience- Over one (1) year of in information security or related field experience.Other- A thorough understanding of key networking protocols and computer operating systems.Ability to provide analysis of IDS, server, firewall logs and other security controls.Ability to analyze business applications to determine and communicate risk to stakeholder in an understandable way in a consultative manner.Experience with the creation and maintenance of Cybersecurity related metrics.Knowledge and understanding of incident response and computer forensics.Preferred

Requirements:

Position Goals: Oversee administration and compliance of the health, welfare and retirement plans. Analyze data, propose and assist with the implementation of plan changes, manage vendor relationships and ensure legislative compliance. Direct Management Received: Under the general guidance of the Director, Benefits Direct Management Exercised: None Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Assist with reviewing proposed plan amendments and other regulatory-required forms and provide recommendations to management. * Manage the administration, delivery and communication of employee benefit programs, includes maintaining records of enrollments and change in benefits. * Assist with researching, analyzing and evaluating benefit plans and programs. Make recommendations for changes to management. * Participate in the development of communication strategy for employee benefit changes, open enrollments, COBRA and HIPAA rights; execute on the communication strategy, may involve creating documents, webinars, presentations, email communication, newsletters, etc. * Utilize business intelligence (BI) and advanced excel for complex analysis and reporting. * Provide customer service to employees and retirees on matters related to employee benefits. Interprets benefit policies and procedures when employees have questions. * Provide oversight of internal and external benefit plan audits. Manage and audit payroll deduction changes. * Conduct audits and compliance reviews of benefits packages to ensure ACA compliance. * Oversee the coordination of new employee benefit communication. * Coordinate the administration and promotion of employee wellness program. * Ensure processes are compliant with rules set forth by regulatory agencies. * Participate in mergers and acquisitions to ensure benefits are appropriately integrated. * Coordinate with EAS in system setup for open enrollment process. * Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with benefit vendors. * Monitor benefit trends and stay abreast of applicable benefit legislation. * Review benefit vendor invoices and prepare vouchers for approval.
