Responsibilities

Support the Mission Relevant Terrain-Cyber (MRTC) as the Cyber Intelligence Analyst.

Tasks include:

  • Provide network evaluation and system support for ARCYBER Mission Relevant Terrain - Cyber (MRT-C).

  • Review, analyze, and assist in the integration of multiple data sources.

  • Conduct mission analysis of current mission-critical functions and provide recommendations.

  • Identify systems' mission critical functions based on units Mission Essential Task List (METL) and Mission Essential Functions (MEFs).

  • Provide risk analysis in context of mission requirements.

  • Gathers, validates, and manages requirements.

  • Assesses performance using evaluation criteria and technical performance measures.

  • Participates in system conceptual design and documentation.

  • Supports establishing system specifications and collaborates with engineering teams to develop systems.

  • Supports design reviews and test plans/procedures execution.

Qualifications

Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD. Will consider:

Edu/Exp: HS +11-14 Years, BS/BA 5-10 Years, or MA/MS +3-6 Years.

Requires:

Experience performing threat analyses and developing threat models.

Conducted research and analysis of intelligence and related data support of threat studies.

Experience providing advice, guidance and direction to threat studies team.

Possesses detailed knowledge of advanced threat analysis technology in such areas as telecommunications, IT, and cyber warfare.

Must have experience with the DoD Risk Management Framework.

Must have extensive experience and knowledge communicating effectively with multiple organizations to consolidate relevant information and/or fill gaps within existing DID-C reporting analysis.

No DoD 8570 certifications required.

Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Poly and MADO

Work location is Fort Gordon, GA.

Responsibilities Cyber Operations Research Analyst II supporting Social Media Analysis for ARCYBER Information Advantage Task Force (IATF). Tasks include: Provide operations research analysis support for intelligence, cyberspace operations, contingency operations, and operational-level planning, joint and multilateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy. Analyzes actual and predictable, interacting, operational activities of systems to obtain a quantitative, rational basis for decision-making through the application of logic and scientific or economic disciplines and techniques. Devises modeling and measuring techniques to investigate complex issues and solve problems. Assists in addressing requirements and the evaluation of data assessment strategies: sampling, statistical analysis, evaluation, flow processing, and management assessment strategies. Develops cost-benefit analysis, data collection, data analysis, risk analysis, simulation model execution, economic analysis, and operational effectiveness studies. Qualifications Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD. Will consider: Edu/Exp: HS +11-14 Years, BA/BA 5-10 Years, or MA/MS +3-6 Years Required Experience: Experienced with model development and testing as well as gathering, relating, and identifying data with variables in models. Has developed reports noting various alternatives and success probability when there is no single solution. Possesses an understanding of cyberspace doctrine, policies, operations, and organizations. Background includes quantitative experience and/or education (e.g., mathematics, statistics, etc.). Requires: TS//SCI clearance with a CI Poly and MEAD SIP cleared for Fort Gordon, GA. Work schedule for the personnel is Monday-Friday, from 8 am 5 pm Peraton Fort Gordon GA
