We are currently expanding its Cyber Defense technical team, that will provide the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the rapidly-evolving industry. You do not need any prior knowledge, just a notable enthusiasm and willingness to learn. It is open to recent graduates, and those with 1 to 3 years of experience.

The Cyber Technology Specialist (CT) role is a customer focused role. CTs provide technical and cyber defense expertise in pre-sale and post-sales accounts, working together with our Cyber Account Managers. During the cycle, the CT will architect and deliver Proof of Values (POVs). After the sale, the CT will architect full deployments, and ensure customer success, actively contributing to the real-time defense and hardening of a customer's key assets. CTs also liaise directly with the cyber analyst team, for knowledge sharing and response action.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical point of contact between clients, partners, and each business unit.
  • Being accountable for the delivery of Proof of Value engagement from end to end.
  • Present Threat Intelligence Reports and advise accordingly to variety of audiences from technical audience to C-level executives.
  • Be the trusted adviser and technical authority to the customer for architecture and integration decisions.
  • Provide feedback and technical reporting on accounts to management.
  • Design and build custom client integrations and define solution architectures.
  • Act as a technical touch point between clients and partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a scientific, technical or engineering discipline, with a GPA of 3.5 or above
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience and proven ability to work autonomously and in a team in an innovative and fast-paced environment whilst delivering to deadlines
  • Enthusiasm for innovation, experimentation self-development in the cyber security field
  • Experience with customer-facing activities (pre-/post-sales), as well as security and network consulting, is desirable but not essential
  • 2+ years of relevant industry experience, in either a networking or security discipline, is desirable but not essential
  • Experience communicating with both technical and senior management is desirable but not essential
  • Practical experience with network and security devices/systems, e.g. Cisco, Juniper, Firewalls, IDS, IPS, SIEM, is also desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of the TCP/IP and common networking protocols is desirable but not essential
  • Understanding of common cybersecurity vulnerabilities and exploitation techniques is desirable but not essential

* Domestic and some international travel will be required.

Work you'll do As a Cloud Security Senior Engineer, you will be at the front lines with our clients supporting them with their Cloud Cyber Risk needs specifically helping them navigate the journey to the cloud on the Microsoft Office 365 (O365) and Enterprise Mobility and Security (EMS) Platforms. This will include: * Conducting cloud security analysis of prospective clients' Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365 and EMS Cloud platforms and environments based on Deloitte's Cloud Cyber Risk Framework. This can include Microsoft's cloud solutions such as MCAS, PIM, InTune, SharePoint, One Drive, Teams, Skype, Exchange, AD, DLP, AIP and Exchange Online Protection * Performing technical health checks for these Cloud platforms/environments prior to broader deployments. * Supporting proof of concept and production deployments of these cloud technologies. * Assisting clients with transitions to the Microsoft O365/EMS cloud services such as tenant setup and service configuration, focused on cloud cyber risk mitigation * Assisting clients with configuration and delivery of cloud security and compliance reports. * Providing technical support for O365/EMS services and resolve service-related issues through research and troubleshooting and working with Microsoft. * Implementation of industry leading practices around O365/EMS cyber risks and cloud security for clients. * Designing and developing cloud-specific security policies, standards and procedures e.g., O365/EMS tenant management and configuration, identify management and access control, firewall management, auditing and monitoring, security incident and event management, data protection (DLP, encryption), user and administrator account management, SSO, conditional access controls and password/key management. * Troubleshooting system level problems in a multi-vendor, multi-protocol network environment. * Documenting platform technical issues, analysis, client communication, and resolution as part of cyber risk mitigation steps. * Executing on O365/ EMS cloud security engagements during different phases of the lifecycle – assess, design, and implementation & post implementation reviews. * Implementing industry leading practices around O365/EMS cyber risks and cloud security for clients. * Provide internal technical training to Advisory personnel as needed. * Support Managed Services team on client calls as necessary. * Acting as a subject matter expert on cloud cyber risk for the Microsoft O365 and EMS platforms. Qualifications Required: * 4+ years of information technology and/or information security experience in the areas listed below: * Hands-on technical experience with enterprise-level messaging and collaboration services (Skype, One Drive, Exchange, SharePoint, O365 Administration and setup & Secure Messaging) implementation or operations. * Hands-on technical experience with enterprise-level systems management systems such as SCCM and endpoint engineering, or mobile device management implementation or operations-a plus * Hands-on technical experience enterprise-with Identity and Access management and EMS services (Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, InTune, PAM/PIM, and CASB/MCAS) implementation or operations. * Hands-on technical experience enterprise-level security incident and event management or DLP systems implementation or operations-a plus * Ideally the following cloud-related technical experience: * 2+ years of working with Microsoft Office 365 and Enterprise Mobility and Security Cloud platforms (Software as a Service (SaaS))-ideally as an Enterprise Administrator * Must be willing to travel up to 80% within North America. * BA/BS Degree required.
