Position Summary

Trideum Corporation has an opening for a Cyber Team Lead supporting multiple programs in Huntsville, AL. This is a full-time position supporting the US Army Redstone Test Center (RTC). This person will be responsible for leading a cyber-threat team in the development of red-team/blue-team tools and their support of red and blue teams in the conduct of testing weapons systems.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead a team of cyber engineers in the development of cyber threat tools used in the conduct of cyber testing of weapon systems

• Work with software, instrumentation, system engineering and integration leads to develop cyber test plans, strategies and rough orders of magnitude

• Oversee cyber test exercises, to include pre and post-test activities.

• Provide team support during cyber test exercises

• Lead the support of cyber tabletops for RTC customers

• Expand threat team knowledge and capabilities through training and mentorship

• Facilitate the writing of white papers, briefings and technical reports

• Work with external RTC customers to identify cyber test needs and gaps

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Cybersecurity, engineering, or a closely related technical field

• 10 years of professional experience

• Experience leading a team

• Understanding of how developmental testing fits into the DoD Acquisition Life Cycle

• IAT III Level Certification (CASP+ CE. CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP)

• U.S. Citizenship and an Active Secret Clearance

Desired Qualifications:

• 10+ years of cyber experience with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership

• Familiarity with Redstone Test Center, PEO Missiles and Space, and/or experience with DoD Contracting

• Experience or exposure to Power BI

• High level of fluency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook

• Familiarity with Microsoft Project
