Cyber Strategy Consultant, Senior

Key Role:

Work with organizations to determine long-term goals, identify opportunities, and analyze the development of action plans for organizations to achieve their overall Cybersecurity objectives. Bring quality Cybersecurity insights to various commercial markets, including energy, financial services, health, automotive, and retail. Lead project work streams, synthesize and analyze complex data, and work with mixed consultant and engineering teams to develop high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Maintain regular contact with junior- and mid-level client management in the field. Coordinate with senior leaders to develop new business opportunities and author technically-focused business development content. Represent the firm in a polished manner when engaging clients and lead Cybersecurity frameworks and standards.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a business and technology analyst, including working as part of commercial-focused project delivery teams in the private sector

  • Experience with top Cyber standards or frameworks, including NIST Cybersecurity Framework or ISO 27001

  • Experience with assessing and implementing security programs or specific capabilities, including governance, incident response, threat intelligence, security monitoring, training, or awareness

  • Experience with face-to-face client interaction in both project execution and administrative discussions

  • Ability to synthesize and analyze multiple views, perspectives, and data sets as part of comprehensive client problem discovery and solution design into client-ready deliverables

  • Ability to distill and articulate complex messages in oral and written forms for technical and non-technical audiences

  • Ability to provide substantive narrative input on proposals and marketing content

  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time

  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in a consulting firm

  • Experience with working through both the strategic and technical aspects of Cybersecurity

  • Knowledge of risk management disciplines

  • BA or BS degree in MIS or CS

Our guiding principles are to start with the customer, move faster, and partner effectively. Our Marketing Transformation team is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to join the team. This is a newly created role to help define and execute the long-term strategy, scope, and priorities of the Transformation journey for the Marketing organization. This role will be responsible for helping lead the strategy work that will define Marketing's future Target Operating Model (TOM). The individual will work with the Head of Marketing Transformation and the Marketing leadership team to define the scope of the key changes and transformational shifts required of the Marketing organization to achieve the TOM. Critical areas of focus will include building personalized & relevant customer engagements, deepening mobile-led marketing experiences, developing an experience-driven brand, implementing an agile marketing model and ensuring best-in-class Risk Management. The successful candidate will partner across the Marketing Leadership Team (MLT) as well as key partners in Technology, Innovation, Digital Channels, and LOB partners to gain input into the overall target state. This role will be responsible for helping prioritize the change efforts and providing strategic program management to initiate & execute work across the partner groups. Lastly, this individual will play a key role in envisioning the new Transformation function and work with leadership to define how the function should grow to support the charter and goals. Key functions: * Collaborate with key leaders and marketing stakeholders to help develop a transformation roadmap inclusive of priority opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization; * Develop compelling executive presentations that recommend and persuade specific courses of action for decision makers at the senior most levels; * Successfully deliver transformation strategy development and delivery of priority transformation programs while leveraging strong facilitation skills to lead cross-functional teams; * Develop and maintain rigorous program roadmaps and manage large cross-functional teams, including resource requirements, relationship management, and task management; * Work with key partners to devise clear and compelling project business cases with specific and measureable results linked to P&L goals.
