Job Description:

Manage and continuously improve a Cyber Security Compliance program. This would include conducting security business and infrastructure compliance reviews, security risk assessments for internal/external information assets. Perform Incident response and forensics responsibilities for Connecticut Children's Medical Hospital to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of enterprise information resources. Provide recommendations to balance cyber risks and enable the business in a secure manner. Improve the overall security posture to meet the expanding and changing business needs of the organization.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

  • Experienced in performing security business application and infrastructure compliance reviews, risk analysis, forensics and penetration testing

  • Actively monitor systems and networks for potential intrusions

  • Lead, conduct and maintain security risk assessments, identify security vulnerabilities, develop recommendations, document findings and remediation plans

  • Manage remediation plans toward closure

  • Define security standards & incident response plans to detect, respond and recover from security incidents using a risk based methodology

  • Develop and document security policies and procedures, training and awareness

  • Serve as a security expert reviewing and recommending security controls for network, application designs, operating systems, endpoint protection, mobile device implementations of new/updated applications and services

  • Ensure business and technical requirements are aligned to security policies and are implemented within regulatory and corporate compliance.

  • Maintain current knowledge of tools and best-practices in advanced persistent threats; tools, techniques, and procedures of attackers; related to forensics and incident response

  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills with the ability to present complex security issues to a variety of audiences, including senior executives

  • Must be self-directed, able to manage individual projects or act as part of a larger team.

The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a compensation strategy for the organization to ensure competitive, cost-effective, and legally compliant compensations programs and practices. Conduct annual compensation reviews of job levels, benchmarking, updating job descriptions. In conjunction with management, performing data analyses and formulating recommendations. Responsibilities: * Define jobs by writing job descriptions, determining job qualifications, and job evaluation documentation * Establish market based pay range for all jobs based on market data, to ensure consistent and competitive job valuations across Numotion's regional offers + market branches. * Conduct market analysis of company job descriptions to determine the competitive positioning of organization's compensation structure, and brackets. * Ensure external equity by participating in and then reviewing compensation surveys, conducting pay surveys; analyzing pay data * Design/Maintain pay that help keep Numotion maintain competitive overall compensation and affect and retain top talent. * Ensure EEO Compliance by reviewing compensation data across drift protected classes. * Collect industry compensation data and conduct market analysis, validating Numotion's overall compensation strategies for different jobs/job requirements is competitive (or proposing a revised strategy) by analyzing jobs, compensation data and turnover data, including interviewing knowledgeable persons. * Establish internal equity by evaluating and ranking jobs * Research and explore new compensation trends and practices recommending possible changes to attract and retain top talent. * Work with Benefits to create an effective, competitive total rewards package option. * Ensure external equity by participating in and then reviewing compensation surveys, conducting pay surveys; analyzing pay data * Collaborates with others to determine staffing needs, design and adjust salary structures and compensation packages and develop policies and procedures * Complete compensation reports by gathering and analyzing pay data * Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by enforcing adherence to requirements * Guide supervisors through merit raise and incentive guidelines by considering the following when recommending pay raises and incentives; performance levels, market pay rates, internal equity and budget. * Provide advice on the resolution of classification and salary complaints.
