Title: Cyber Security Manager

Location: 1940 Air Products Blvd., Allentown, PA 18106

Develop Air Products' approach to Operational Technology (OT) / Industrial Controls Systems (ICS) cyber security for existing manufacturing operating facilities and R&D Labs and creating strategy and configuration of the cyber security requirements for all new plants/facilities. Ensure specifications and engineering standards are created for project teams strategy; recruit and direct regional cyber security experts who support regional activies and new investments in the region; conduct Cybersecurity Risk assessment, plan mitigation measures, and oversee and assess implementation solutions; partner with Global Functional Owner (GFO), CISO, OpEx Cyber Director and Functional Managers to drive the implementation of Cyber work process and team development; assess cybersecurity risks and ensure Air Products' internal policies and processes are implemented to protect plants, R&D Labs and global manufacturing sites, identify deviations from AP standard processes by filing design miss and examine their potential causes and assess consequences to safety and operations; and create understanding of Cyber Risk Assessment process, risk assessment techniques, preparation requirements for conducting successful risk assessment to identify hazards that have potential for onsite and offsite risks to people.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or a closely related field. Five (5) years of experience required in each of the following:

• Developing and applying cybersecurity guidelines and procedures for operating facilities with the potential of financial and safety concerns;

• Developing cyber security strategies and procedures for operating facilities and new facility developments;

• Directing cyber security experts; and

• Conducting Cybersecurity Risk assessment, plan mitigation measures, and overseeing and assessing implementation solutions.

• Must be able to travel domestically and internationally 20% to employer sites.

• Remote work available up to 2 days per week.
