Job Description:
Exciting opportunity at CVS Health to join our Information Security team. This role will educate customers, auditors and/or regulators on CVS Health's security and IT controls environment to assure them that their members data is secured and protected. Respond to and lead IT/Security requests from clients. Contribute to revenue generation by maintaining current sales accounts, and by supporting RFP/RFIs to win new business opportunities. Additionally, facilitate security focused industry and regulatory assessments as well as support various audit programs.
Fundamental Components:
Provides IT/security support and expert advice to various sales/business units based on fast-paced customer needs, 3rd party assessments, and RFP/RFIs.
Manages the completion of a wide variety of IT customer requests such as security and compliance questionnaires, contract editing and negotiating, customer meetings and presentation facilitation, and end-to-end issue management.
Leads and facilitates customer onsite visits and large-scale events/audits including all required pre-onsite planning and preparation activities, day of event(s) coordination and execution, and post-event management and issue resolution.
Proactively builds network and relationships internally within IT, security, legal, compliance and the business, as well as externally with customers, auditors and regulators.
Supports department goals and objectives including but not limited to continuous process improvements and accomplishment of internal projects.
Continuously grows and expands Cybersecurity, Audit, IT Controls, and Sales background and applies expertise to the function.
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
Seeking candidates with strong Cybersecurity, Audit and/or IT Infrastructure backgrounds who are comfortable working in extremely fast-paced sales/regulatory driven environments. Prior business/sales experience is welcomed.
Seeking candidates who excel in small, team based settings but can also work independently to complete requirements.
Strong communication experience is must with an ability to think and solve problems on the spot quickly, precisely and effectively. Presentation experience is preferred.
Analytical capabilities are strongly desired, especially to analyze intricate IT/security policy, procedure and control requirements and industry methodologies.
Technical program management experience is desired for running multiple security and audit based projects concurrently.
