SAIC is looking for a self-motivated Senior Level Cyber Information Assurance Analyst to perform Cybersecurity Engineering, Information Assurance, Vulnerability analysis, risk remediation, and the implementation of cybersecurity controls within DoD Navy Integrated Combat Systems, supporting the Navy's current and future platforms.
The Cyber Security Analyst is responsible for using their in depth understanding of computer security, military system specifications, DoD cybersecurity policies, and to communicate clearly and succinctly in written and oral presentations to Sr. Staff and Team.
The Analyst is responsible for the implementation of security controls and development of RMF artifacts (including Risk Assessment Report (RAR), POA&M) Implementation Plan, System Categorization Forms, ect.), Platform IT (PIT), and the implementation of Cybersecurity and IA boundary defense techniques and various IA-enabled appliances.
The Analyst is responsible for completing systems scans (ACAS, SCAP, ect.), implement STIGs an example of these appliances and applications are Firewalls, IDS, IPS, Switch/Routers, Cross Domain Solutions (CDS), EMASS and Host Based Security Systems (HBSS).
Secret Level Security Clearance
Bachelor's degree preferably in a computer science related field, experience desire in place of degree
7 years of applicable work experience
Cyber Assurance, Risk Management Framework, eMASS, HBSS and experience as a Information System Security Engineer (ISSE)
Possesses an in-depth understanding of the DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP), Risk Management Framework (RMF)
