Cyber Security Architect Engineer II
As a Cyber Security Architect Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cybersecurity solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring the security and resilience of our organization's critical assets and information. You will report directly to our Cyber Security Manager and you'll work out of our Torrance, CA location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the safety and integrity of systems that power the modern world. Your work will directly contribute to the overall security posture of the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the design and implementation of cybersecurity solutions
Conduct security assessments and risk analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures
Provide technical guidance and support to junior cybersecurity professionals
Participate in incident response activities

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
6+ years of experience in a cyber security role
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and best practices
Excellent communication and ability to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders
Ability to lead direct and indirect reports by influence
WE VALUE
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are highly desirable
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing cybersecurity teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
