This is a Direct Hire Solicitation for Cyber Workforce Positions.
Serve as deputy Division Chief engaged in the establishment and coordination of cyberspace Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) information systems programs, integration of changes to associated programs, and liaison support.
Principal advisor for all Army networks regarding assigned information management programs, DoDIN programs, combat support, technical quality assessment, and Army configuration management.
Primary Release Manager for NETCOM responsible for addressing technical and operational issues from the field, managing assigned program execution and defending resource planning requirements.
Oversee and direct the DoDIN orders process, TierIII and IV triage and vendor callout, validation of reportable incidents and break fix action across the Army DoDIN cyberspace environment.
Provide overall technical direction and coordination of division functions to ensure the development and promulgation of complete and comprehensive guidance for Army DoDIN requirements.
Provide reviewing-level supervision to civilian and military specialists engaged in the operations of assigned information management programs, combat support, technical quality assessment, and Army cyberspace DoDIN release management.
Determine overall requirements and objectives for managing equipment, systems, and information needed for meeting current and future needs.
Perform duties as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) providing technical oversight and monitoring, technical, and financial planning, and submission of the required performance and status reports to the Contracting Officer.
Occasional travel - Up to 10% Business Travel required.

This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Top Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes monitoring operations related to enterprise level Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) routing, compliance, and securing of internet protocol information and devices; engaged in the operations of information management programs, combat support, technical quality assessment, and Army cyberspace DoDIN release management; determining overall requirements and objectives for managing equipment, systems, and information needed for meeting current and future needs regarding the Army assigned cyberspace DoDIN information programs.This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the Federal service (GS-14).

The duties of this position meet the criteria for compliance with Federal and Department of the Army Drug Free Workplace Programs. Detection of the presence of drugs may be warranted.
