Job Description:

Leidos has a career opportunity for a Cyber ISR Analyst at Offutt AFB, NE. Candidates must currently possess a TS/SCI security clearance in order to be considered.

Tasks Include:

Establish collaborative efforts and work closely with mission partners to improve analysis, production, and access to threat data.

Provide staff level support for modernization planning and propose changes to procedures, policy, and guidance to ensure timely and effective operations within areas of responsibilities.

Outline strategy and development for a common Component Interface Working Group (CICWG) software infrastructure for proposed tools and capabilities and assist with implementation plans.

Identify standards and develop a more efficient data sharing and security domain strategy that spans Air Force, National Agency, and Combatant Command elements in the Cyber Domain.

Perform analysis and assessments in applying advanced principles theories and concepts to a wide range of work in the areas of planning, deployment, operation and enhancement of advanced technology for AF ISR cyber operations systems.

Analyze and document actions required for enhancing the identification, acquisition, and fielding of emerging systems and programs with existing systems.

Position may require shift work.

The ideal candidate will have formal training and hands-on experience in Cyber ISR operations; be completely familiar with Air Force organizational structure; DOD structure; and the role of national agencies within the IC.

5+ years of technical experience in a cyber ISR field

Associates Degree or equivalent military technical training in Cyber operations

Experience implementing policies, strategies and resourcing to maximize cyber ISR capabilities

Strong written and oral communication skills; including public speaking.

Excellent analytic and organization skills

Strong ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines and prioritize appropriately

Ability to work collaboratively to achieve objectives.

TS/SCI on day 1.


Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Responsibilities * Works as a member of a team on complex tasks and projects assigned by supervisor to help develop decision support tools for the business * Data Acquisition – Extracts data from enterprise sources, transform, clean, profile and prepare. * Analyze Data - Conducts data analysis, understands strengths/weaknesses of different methods. * Communication and Presentation – Explains results of analysis to team members, train business how to use decision support tools, develops training materials. Uses data visualization to aid communication. * Team Work – Follows project plan, best practices and group standards. Documents work. Provides accurate estimates of time to complete tasks and projects. Qualifications * Interest in using data to solve problems in the construction and engineering industries. * 3 to 7 years work experience performing statistical analysis, data mining, data science, machine learning, etc. in a professional setting * BA / BS in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field; a demonstrated interest in data analysis is critical. MA preferred * Advanced proficiency with the R language required. Familiarity with other relevant languages and tools a plus. * Real world experience applying advanced analysis techniques for classification, regression, simulation and forecasting. Experience applying machine learning techniques (decision trees, clustering, SVMs, etc.) and ensembles in a professional setting.
