Northrop Grumman is seeking a Cyber Intelligence Analyst 3/4 to join our team. The selected candidate will perform all source analysis using a variety of tools to support our customer mission. You will identify information to address intelligence gaps, and provide timely, concise, and accurate feedback to the customer. You should be prepared to present data and findings on an as needed basis. You will draft, coordinate, and disseminate data and findings. You will assist in the preparation of responses to tasking/requirements and provide briefings on assigned accounts. You will act a liaison with our program and government customer.
This position is located in Northern Virginia. A TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
This requisition may be filled at either a Level 3 or Level 4.

Basic qualifications for a Level 3 are a Bachelor's Degree with at least five years intelligence analysis/professional experience. Four years of professional experience can be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
Basic qualifications for a Level 4 are a Bachelor's Degree and at least nine years intelligence analysis/professional experience. Four years of professional experience can be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required
Must have experience with core targeting tools
Must have experience driving full customer cycle, and experience working across multiple groups for TTA
Experience working with CONUS and OCONUS elements
Experience in coordinating/writing customer documents
Demonstrated outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills
Work as a team player with the ability to work in an open, collaborative, and ideas-driven environment
Strong interpersonal and outreach skills
Strong self-starter and self-initiator
Strong desire to help build a stronger workforce
Experience working with other IC elements
Experience with review panels for customer
Experience working in program or project management
Aptitude to discuss and/or understand how customer officers learn and absorb new ideas and skills
Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, work independently as well in a collaborative environment, and exercise sound personal judgment
Foreign Language Skills highly desired
