Zurich is currently looking for an Cyber Incident ResponseRegional Team Lead to work out of our North American head-quarters inSchaumburg, Illinois.

He/She will Lead, manage, and develop the regional Cyber IncidentResponse Team (CIRT). They will also manage the execution and delivery ofCyber Response Services for internal customers and coordinate response actionsand plans as part of an integrated Cyber Team with Threat Intelligence,Application Security and Vulnerability Management partners. Otherresponsibilities will include managing the daily operational tasks of theregional CIRT, partnering with peer Cyber teams to modify existing capabilitiesto adjust to changes in the security threat landscape, providingrecommendations for mitigating identified security risks using both technicaland non-technical measures, managing Response compliance effortsand managing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the CyberResponse service is being delivered effectively/in alignment with targeted

Service Level Agreements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BachelorDegree and 7 or more years of experience in information security or informationtechnology OR

  • HighSchool Diploma or Equivalent and 9 or more years of experience in informationsecurity or information technology AND

  • Knowledgeof project management tools and techniques

  • MicrosoftOffice experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of the insurance or financial industry preferred

  • Understanding of a broad range of information security tools,techniques, and controls

  • Operating systems; threat mitigation techniques;enterprise vulnerability management processes
  • Understanding on malware analysis and/or network/endpointforensics techniques/processes
  • Emerging cyber threats; Extraction ofIndicators of Compromise (IoC) and how to leverage this information to enhancethe security monitoring capability
  • Experience with SIEM technologies and their deployments/tuning

  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely with both technical andnon-technical colleagues at all levels

  • Attention to detail and a high level of consistency in writtenwork

  • Ability to multi-task and to deliver succinct and fact-basedcommunications, both verbally and in writing

  • Management skills including planning, budgeting, coaching,interviewing/selection and performance management

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment

  • People management

  • Able to perform comprehensive "gap analysis" in search forefficiencies in existing Cyber Response processes

This position requires someone that can meet and exceed client field expectations with overall store responsibility for Client Program effectiveness and client/customer satisfaction. In order to do their jobs effectively, the Store Manager must have excellent client service skills, ability to identify, hire, train and manage talent and the ability to lead and develop others. Store Manager's must have strong performance management and coaching skills allowing ongoing development of their retail Sales Reps. Responsibilities: Training and Coaching: * Training and coaching MarketSource retail sales representatives inside our client's retail locations to sell and demonstrate Wireless products, accessories and services to Guests Areas of Focus: * Ensure that the highest level of guest service is provided using our client's go to market criteria. * Ensure that our associates represent MarketSource in our client with the highest integrity and ethical standards. * Ensure that MarketSource's agnostic consultative selling framework is mastered and executed. * Ensure that all products and services are consistently offered to all clients base on our needs based selling strategy * Ensure that product and kiosk hygiene are executed at the highest level. Relationship Development: * Establish and maintain critical relationships with our client's Retail Partners including Store managers, dept. leads and other associates. * Ensure the development and maintenance of strong relationships with all vendors.
