Cyber Business Develop Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of our Industrial Cyber Security solutions and service offering and the security we embed in Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) products

  • Understand customers' business goals, operating objectives and cyber security risks, and customize Honeywell cyber security solutions to best meet their needs

  • Understand competitors' regional value propositions and go-to-market approaches and develop winning sales and solutions strategies

  • Serve as the primary resource for communications with the regional Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) sales force and customers on Honeywell's Industrial Cyber Security solutions and service offerings

  • Lead customer facing proof of concepts and other sales motions to compete and close business

  • Forecast revenues to BD Director in the form of "pipeline, best case and commit".

  • Develop and conduct demos of our solutions to both internal and external customers

  • Be trained to configure Vendor BOM's and quotes to customers

  • Support Account Managers in exceeding annual sales results in the Americas

MUST HAVE

  • Experience with cyber security/information security and/or IT and networking technologies, products and services.

  • Technical sales support and/or business development experience.

  • Bachelor's degree.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in the capabilities and configuration of cyber security controls and solutions, for example, identity and access management, network security, endpoint security, application security, IDS/IPS, deep packet inspection, SIEM, data analytics, Big Data, security and risk management consulting.

  • Successful technical sales track record.

  • Experience with industrial control systems, process control networks, DCS, SCADA and/or industrial automation.

As a member of the HCE Connected Plant Leadership team reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will establish business plans for your region to achieve revenue and profitability. In this role you will develop marketplace opportunities, lead sales pursuits, execute & deliver projects to our customers, drive after sales services, oversee internal processes, and provide employee leadership in the achievement of common goals. Specific Roles and Responsibilities: * Drive business objective achievement through effective cross-functional & regional relationship building * Drive employee engagement via effective Positive Employee Relations plans. * Lead a team to define and deliver value for Honeywell and customers through effective prioritization of regional objectives. * Oversight & accountability for overall AMR P&L & contribution to profit Annual Operating Plan (AOP) * Pulsing & forecasting for business as part of Management Operations Review (MOR) * Ownership for revenue, GP & utilization for the Connected Plant business within the geographic pole * Responsible for managing local sales teams and interfacing with customer marketing teams to deliver strategy for orders and revenue growth in AMR * Supervise local Sales teams to drive business growth in AMR * Work with Director Consulting to drive orders/ booked margin growth * Work with the Honeywell Connected Plant (HCP) Line of Business (LOB) Management team to execute on overall HCP LOB strategy and performance within AMR * Work with Marketing and Product Development to effectively deploy product strategy in the pole * Drive Effective NPI Process * Work with corresponding leaders in the other LOB's to drive One Honeywell in the territory * Responsible for creating a culture which is entrepreneurial, market driven, and competitive * Lead the AMR Project Management organization and ensure high caliber project delivery * Lead the AMR After Market Services organization and ensure effective onsite customer support and drive growth in support contracts * Provide leadership and direction to AMR Customer Marketing Leader to promote the business and drive growth * Assemble high performance regional leadership teams to drive ongoing improvement in the skills and effectiveness of the field organization * Operate outside business or geographical 'silos' & work with peers to support global/national accounts * Ensure effective performance management processes and future management capabilities * Make talent a top priority.
