Position Overview

SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE

As a Senior Program Manager with the Pure Customer Experience (CX) Organization, you will lead a dedicated team of Global Resources (Project Managers, Technical Quality Assurance Engineers, and Resource Schedulers) to drive progress of the Pure Global Proactive Remediation' Program' team.

The Program is of critical strategic value to Pure as it enables us to deliver on our core commitments to Evergreen//Forever Customers, by ensuring their infrastructure is kept up to date and always modern. This is a key principle of Pure's Evergreen subscription policy.

The Program Manager role involves leading working closely with numerous cross-functional teams including, Product Management, Finance, Sales, Delivery, Support, Logistics, as well as our Certified Delivery Partner teams (CDPs). You will steer the progress of the Program to ensure it is kept on track, be responsible for prioritization and making strategic decisions, whilst adopting a policy of continuous review and improvement, to identify efficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership: Lead Program by driving execution and providing oversight, to ensure progress is aligned to the forecast and plan.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Executive Leadership and Stakeholders and provide regular and clear Communication, reporting and documentation.

  • Steer Program Strategy and Planning: Maintain the Program's vision and roadmap whilst ensuring alignment with Pure's strategic goals and Company strategy.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project managers and team members, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management and Senior Customer Experience (CX) Stakeholders to identify and address any issues or concerns. Address and resolve any conflicts that may arise within the Program.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the program delivers high quality results and that activities are non-disruptive to Customers. Align with Pure's core principle of 'Customer first'. Ownership of risk management and mitigation across the Program.

  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Proven track record in Leading Global Customer facing strategic Programg.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in program management, including managing multiple large-scale projects or programs simultaneously

  • Preferred Industry experience (IT, Data Storage, Communication)

  • Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar credentials preferred

  • Problem-solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve complex problems that arise within program management.

  • Change Management: Experience managing change within an organization, including the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and lead others through transitions.

  • Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution to handle disputes and ensure alignment among stakeholders.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be present in the office for 3 days a week. As outlined in Pure's Hybrid Work Policy, there will be variations over periods of time, depending on business need.

Pay Range

USD $137,000.00 - USD $206,000.00 /Yr.

Pay Transparency Statement

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
