Cristo Rey is hiring for a Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP) Senior Client Relations Manager. This position manages certain assigned relationships between the school, corporate partners, students and families and oversees the successfully coordination and execution of daily operations of the Corporate Work Study Program.

Cristo Rey Jesuit empowers students to be college-ready and career-prepared with an innovative Corporate Work-Study Program that employs 100% of our students. Our students earn approximately half of the cost of their education through a job-sharing partnership with their classmates to cover a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from late-August to mid-June. Our experiential learning model is unique as we are the only school in Minneapolis/St.

A strong candidate will: Have demonstrated and measurable years of experience with a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool; Salesforce experience is strongly preferred. 3-5 years of overall work experience; work in the corporate or education sector in a customer-facing role strongly preferred. Be enthusiastic and excited about working with both high-school aged students and corporate partners.

Job Description/Responsibilities (summary of job description) Student Performance/Coaching 1. Provide direct support to students through positive reinforcement and constructive interventions to help ensure continuous improvement in professional skills and work performance. 2.

Meet individually with students at their worksite to ensure students are in a safe work environment, to address any workplace issues, to motivate them to give their full potential to the job and record these conversations in student database. 3. Provide direct supervision and support to students who are in our Remote Work Hub based on a collaborative team staffing schedule. 4. Assist with CWSP efforts to involve families including updates on work performance, attending family meetings, and coordinating CWSP presence at conferences. 5.

With the Director of CWSP of CWSP co-lead collaboration efforts with the Academic department on the design and implementation of the 4-year CWSP curriculum. Corporate Partner Relations: 1. Manage the annual renewal of each corporate partner in assigned portfolio; collaborate with the Director of CWSP to identify and coach the team on successful partner retention strategies and tactics. 2.

Manage all aspects of partnerships within portfolio in a solution-oriented, supportive way demonstrating excellent customer service to partners and students; always looking for opportunities to deepen professional relationships/partnerships and capacity-build. 3. Oversee team job placement process to work partners receive talent that meets needs outlined in the job description 4. Collaborate with CWSP Director to onboard new CWSP partners.

Data Management & Administrative 1. Lead twice yearly student survey development, implementation, collection, and analysis. 2. Compile assessment and evaluation data based on school and Cristo Rey Network needs. 3.

Maintain and oversee compliance with all legal, safety and employment requirements (Federal, State, and local) for the work-study program (work permits, i-9s, etc.). 4. Coordinate holiday and summer work addendums for students and employers. 5. Develop expertise in Work Study Force/Salesforce reporting tools to inform best practices and identify programmatic areas of improvement; lead communication efforts with the Cristo Rey Network around improving our use of Work Study Force; learn useful reporting functions in Work Study Force that will help CWSP become more data-aware and data-driven.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree Demonstrated and measurable years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, with expertise in Excel. Demonstrated and measurable experience with a web-based CRM; Salesforce experience strongly preferred. 3-5 years of overall work experience; work in the corporate or education sector strongly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of business etiquette.

Commitment to actively engage in school wide Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts. Flexibility in work schedule to include some evening and weekend work. Ability to drive with a good driving record.

Ability to connect with culturally and linguistically diverse students and their families. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation). Complete Virtus student safety training, sign a Code of Conduct, and pass a background check. Preferred Qualifications Multilingual skills; Spanish, Somali, or Vietnamese strongly preferred.
