We're on the lookout for experienced Cutter/Finishing/Bindery Operators to join our team of skilled Bindery professionals. No experience? No problem! We're ready to train entry-level candidates who are eager to pursue a career as an Operator.🔪 Cutter Operator Job Functions:

• Prepare for the job by reviewing job specifications, schedule, and making adjustments to ensure proper equipment set-up.
• Visually inspect inserts before, during, and after run time to ensure correctness and quality standards.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance tasks to keep equipment in optimal condition.
• Program and operate Cutter machines and other Bindery equipment.
• Trim printed product to correct size and package according to customer specifications.

🛠️ Skills/Experience:

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Familiarity with terminology, job flow, and quality standards.

📅 Shift/Schedule:Shifts:1st Shift (7am-3pm), 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm), 3rd Shift (11pm-7am)Schedule: 4 Days Per Week & Every Other Weekend💰 Pay:
