Provides logistics functions for our customers. He or she will oversee Information on Delivery [IOD] collection for a territory (a group of different shipping points). Our expectation is to have our systems updated with delivery confirmations within one business day of the actual delivery.

The CSR will monitor all shipments that are in transit from Warehouse [WH] to the customer and immediately report any issues, exceptions, or delays. The most common issues are lost/damaged freight, customer contacts, expired customer Purchase Orders [PO], and weather-related delays. The CSR will work with carriers to secure delivery Appts within customers Requested Delivery Date window [RDD]. The CSR will follow up with carriers after the delivery to ensure the Proof Of Delivery [POD] has been submitted to our Transportation Management System [TMS]. The CSR will also assist with reporting including weekly Key Performance Indicators [KPI], On Time Right Quantity [OTRQ], and Regression Analysis.

Job Description The Trade Compliance Manager/ Imports will support Lennox's Global Trade Compliance program. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, develop and implement tools and processes for continuous improvement, and assist trade compliance analysts in day-to-day activities. They will be passionate about trade compliance and improvement. Essential job responsibilities * Responsible for managing all import processes, including classification, country of origin, duties, fees, special trade program processes and supporting documentation * Interfaces with internal engineering and marketing teams in trade compliance matters * Oversees the maintenance of a central database of global Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) numbers and Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCN) for all products. * Drives global processes to achieve trade compliance related savings from free trade agreements, duty drawback, duty exemption, and related programs * Experience with free trade agreements and duty drawback programs * Audits HTS classifications and special trade program compliance * Independently resolve shipment holds by communicating with logistics team and researching customs clearance issues, with an emphasis on Mexico-U.S.-Canada border transactions * Monitor customs brokers and customs bonds * Collaborate with brokers to file post summary corrections with U.S. Customs * Contribute to trade compliance automation implementation and design * Collaborate with trade compliance teams in China, Canada, Mexico, and France * Suggest innovative changes to improve Lennox's trade compliance program Qualifications This position requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least eight years of experience with import compliance issues such as: HTS classification, country of origin, free trade agreement management, and customs clearance procedures. The candidate should be skilled at independently leading trade compliance projects within a defined scope. Experience with OCR EASE or SAP is a plus.
