Manage Customs Brokerage team for this large Customs Brokers organization. Romulus, MI area. Locals only.

EXPECTATIONS

Manage Customs Brokerage team- about 8-10 employees

Full responsibility for all Customs Entries related to a particular team

Manage 20+ employees with full A-Z Brokerage responsibilities

Advise on trade compliance issues

KPI’s, team building, training, hiring, etc.

Full P & L responsibility for the group

ESSENTIALS

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

LCB required

Experience overseeing a Customs Brokerage team (min 5 yrs)

Training/Auditing experience

Experience with a team P& L

Excellent people skills to deal with Customers – internal & external

Experience in Microsoft applications
