General Position Summary
Creates and prepares graphic and digitized files for a variety of uses, including, but not limited to, store CCP, web, internal usage, marketing collateral, designs graphics for electronic media; ensures compliance with Lids policies and procedures
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Creates and prepares digitized designs for customization needs for use in stores, internal Lids usage, and on web
When needed, creates, and prepares graphics for customization needs for use in stores, Lids usage, and on web
Process store CCP and/or web digitizing requests to our vendor, and upon completion sent back to the originator.
When needed, designs, and develops graphics for electronic media, including, but not limited to, web, display, email, and social media
When needed, designs, develops, and implements all facets of creative production within projects; ensures all aspects of production are completed in a timely fashion
Manages electronic files; ensures that all digital files are used in compliance within Lids Sports Group guidelines
Collaborates with the Customization team and business partners to establish project timelines and expectations, coordinates support from external partners on an as needed basis

Additional Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Creates visual communication solutions to satisfy project needs through original creation or use of external partners
Ensures quality assurance of all digitized designs and reviews and ensures that they are in compliance with Lids guidelines and expectations
When needed, ensure quality assurance of all printed material proofs; reviews projects and ensures that they are in compliance with Lids Sports Group guidelines and expectations
Ensures proper usage and distribution of Lids and all partner and customer designs and trademarks, and identity materials, both digitized and digital.
Maintains electronic project records, materials, and printed samples
Keeps abreast of technology, customer needs and industry related trends
Completes other duties, including special projects, as assigned by Management

Job Required Knowledge & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent education and experience
Experience in Graphic Design preferred
Proficient in Custom Digitizing software and experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative suite applications
Demonstrated expertise with MS Office suite applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to research and resolve issues
Well organized with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent time management skills: ability to multi-task and track multiple projects concurrently
Ability to present information in a public setting
Good understanding of intra-department functions and operations
