The Boeing Company is seeking a Customer Training Scheduler (Entry-Level) in Renton, WA. The incumbent will work within Training and Professional Services (T&PS); to handle allocating and scheduling of all Training and Professional Services global training resources in line with customer requirements as outlined by the Customer Program Managers. Focus of the position is to ensure the efficient, optimal and cost effective utilization of the global Training and Professional Services training network.

Coordinate global training schedules with Customer Program Managers.
Allocate qualified training resources to include students, classrooms, training devices as required, computer and webbased training devices etc.
Monitor training schedule changes, and notify Customer Program Managers, Campus Support and other affected Training and Professional Services organizations such as Flight Training, Maintenance Training, Office of Independent Affairs, and Training Operations of such changes.
Plan Long term and strategic training scheduling requirements in coordination with the Customer Program Managers.
Work with both internal and external customers, both domestic and international such as the Customer Training Operations, Flight Training team, Maintenance Training team, etc., and be available and responsive to client requirements.
Seek opportunities to satisfy internal and external customer expectations.
Schedule all Training and Professional Services training resources to maximize the efficient, optimal and cost effective utilization of the global training network.
Communicate revised and updated schedules to appropriate internal and external organizations in a timely manner.
Maintain technical and functional skills, including expertise with the Scheduling Systems.
Maintain knowledge of aviation industry development and requirements specified by regulatory agencies (e.g., FAA, JAA, FARS, ISO 9001) as well as Customer Training Operations business unit processes and procedures.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while achieving expected amount and quality of work.
Work both independently, in a team environment and together with others by incorporating ideas, suggestions and advice while respecting others viewpoints, opinions, backgrounds and styles.
Identify and determine appropriate diagnoses/definitions of problems, assesses risk, including the investigation and resolution of problems.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Minimum High School Diploma
More than 1 years of Scheduling Experience.
Requires the ability to handle a demanding workload via multi-tasking (i.e., handling daily work, urgent emerging issues, project management, and phone call requests, etc.).
Requires experience in a position where priorities changed frequently and customer service was critical to the teams success.
