The Early Career Training team is looking for a Customer Technical Training Specialist to join the team in Englewood, CO. This position will join a team responsible for early career pilot training products.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Experienced and Senior Customer Technical Training Specialists

Come be a part of a team of subject matter experts, instructional system designers, and multimedia designers to develop and maintain early career flight training courseware. This position is a subject matter expert to assist with developing and maintaining content for airplane early career pilot training materials.

This is a hybrid position that allows some telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite 3 days each week at the Englewood, CO location.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide subject matter expertise to create training materials for ab initio flight training products.

• Collaborate with instructional systems designers and multimedia designers to create training materials.

• Review and revise courseware, instructor materials, and supporting documentation for technical accuracy.

• Analyze training requirements to provide technical content to support learning objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry resources.

• Review comments and collaborate with the team to reconcile conflicting inputs.

• Research, document, and provide technical information to support and update established processes.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

• 3+ years' experience utilizing flight training courseware for part 141 or part 61 flight school.

• Certified Flight Instructor.

• 1 or more years' experience writing and editing pilot training materials.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aviation or education

• 5 or more years of experience developing flight training courseware for part 121 operations or foreign equivalent.

• 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Typical Education/Experience:

Experienced (Level 3)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)

Senior (Level 4)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.)

Relocation:

This position not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Occasional travel (10%) may be required in support of the program and customer.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations

Summary pay range (Experienced) 82,450 - 111,550

Summary pay range (Senior): 102,850 - 139,150
