Customer Service Rep
BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
The purpose of this position is to provide customer service and assistance to Falls Ride and Greyhound passengers, as well as Greyhound Freight customers. This is accomplished by answering the phone, assisting walk in customers, selling tickets, taking payments, receiving customer freight and processing the proper information so that the freight is loaded onto the proper bus. Other duties include pickup and delivery of GPX shipments and keeping the Travel Center clean and orderly.

2 S Answers the phone and provides counter assistance by answering questions and providing information, researching billings or other data, taking payments for services, processing the information and printing receipts, and entering required data into electronic systems.
3 S Sells tickets, processes information and/or monies received by entering information into the computer, posting transactions, verifying monies received.
4 M Receives customer freight, and processes the proper information so that the freight is loaded onto the proper bus.
5 L Ensures that the facility and grounds are clean and free of suspicious packages or luggage, and that the no loitering policy is enforced.
6 M Local pickup and delivery of shipments in support of GPX door-to-door service.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Formal Education Work requires knowledge necessary to understand basic operational, technical, or office processes. Level of knowledge equivalent to four years of high school or equivalency.
