Responsibilities: Help customers with sales and tech support inquiries via telephone, email, and online chat Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Update customer records and document trouble tickets in a CRM Maintain a knowledge base for our products All sales calls are inbound.
