1.0 Summary of Job Purpose:
Student will support SafranHE USA customer support group. Student will gain knowledge and skills in the customer support aspects of spare parts sales as well as fleet management, preparation of engine/module quotes and maintenance of engine logs and spreadsheets. Student will ensure that customers fully understand the policies associated with these activities as well as related quotes and turn-around times; AND ensure customer satisfaction.
2.0 Required Competencies; Education / Knowledge / Skills and Abilities:
Minimum of 2.5 GPA and pursuing a Bachelor's in Marketing, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related degree from an accredited university.
Duration of internship May 2019 thru Aug 2019 (corresponding to semester break)
Intermediate Level - Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Good keyboarding skills required.
