Advantage Resourcing has partnered with a local school district office to find a Customer Support Specialist in Lafayette, LA. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of a team that values collaboration, communication, and compassion. If you have previous call center experience and strong customer service and computer skills, it's time that we connect!
Pay: $10.50 per hour
1st Shift Hours: 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday (We ask that candidates who apply be flexible regarding training and scheduled hours)
In this role, you will be responsible for checking voicemails in a timely and efficient manner, answering incoming calls, and providing callers with the requested information. The ideal candidate will be a great team player and capable of collaborating and working with others on this 5-6 week phone bank project.
