The incumbent will provide intermediate level customer support for clinics, patients, and internal departments, maintaining Case Files in salesforce.com and Return Material Authorizations in IFS. Key activities include interacting with clinics and patients, 3rd party carriers, and various departments throughout NxStage to ensure superior customer service throughout the returns process using CRM and ERP platforms. Assist with incoming calls, filing, and other tasks as assigned.

Associates degree or equivalent business experience.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum 3+ years Customer Service experience, preferably in a medical customer service organization.
Demonstrated Microsoft Word and Excel experience required.
