Dynamic Healthcare Systems is hiring a Customer Support Specialist The Customer Support Specialist provides technical software support to Dynamic's clients (health plans.)

The work schedule typically includes regular business hours Monday - Friday, but could also include early morning shifts and weekends, with some overtime possible.

Required Experience:

  • Two or more years' experience of basic Quality Assurance protocols and script writing

  • Two or more years' experience working with enterprise software in high capacity/high availability environments

Required Skills:

  • Aptitude and proven ability in providing positive customer service and good communication, problem solving, and basic technical writing skills

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • SQL - solid knowledge and ability to run and modify queries

  • Core Java and J2EE/Enterprise software development experience

  • Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage multiple customer support issues

Desired Experience:

  • Experience with government healthcare is highly desired

  • Familiarity with SalesForce and JIRA is desired but not required

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Ensure that support is provided in a professional friendly manner, with an emphasis on urgent response. Conduct network administration duties to include working with Microsoft Operating systems, Active Directory and Exchange Admin Tools. Provide technical guidance as necessary to IT management in areas of specific expertise. Act as lead on smaller projects and team member on large projects. Train junior members of the staff. Provide phone support as necessary.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Responsibilities:<br /> <br /> Install and configure new PCs, laptops, Blackberry?s and peripherals.<br /> Perform network administration duties to include using Active Directory and Exchange Admin tools.<br /> Troubleshoot and solve calls on the phone, remote connection and at the caller?s desk.<br /> Assign and escalate calls as appropriate.<br /> Document problems and their solutions.<br /> Train users on basic tasks.<br /> Assist Audio Visual and Video Conference setup.<br /> Provide Operational support to two warehouse facilities i.e. RF Guns, Zebras and desktops<br /> After hours support during week and peak seasons<br /> <br /> Requirements<br /> <br /> Education:<br /> <br /> HS Diploma<br /> 1-3 years related experience<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Experience:v<br /> <br /> 1-5 years in a desktop support or help desk role with experience with Microsoft OS and desktop suite of applications.<br /> Strong familiarity with PC hardware and software.<br /> Experience in implementing new to market devices including Droid, Smartboard, etc.<br /> Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with other members of a team.<br /> Effective oral and written communication skills.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Requirements:<br /> <br /> Entry level experience as a system administrator for Windows operating systems preferred.<br /> Entry level experience as a network/data communications analyst preferred.<br /> Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.<br /> Knowledge of core internet and network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP etc.).<br /> <br /> <br /> Chm2 Solutions Inc.
