Your job will be to respond and resolve customer support inquiries from 1-800 phone line, SMS, and email support. You will be using a PC for data entry while using Zendesk CRM to manage our customers, order management and logistics software to identify and resolve order related issues.
Hours: Hours vary but our heaviest need will be approximately 4-10pm and we are open 7 days a week.
Location: Crave Delivery Facility, 2900 W. Excursion Ln. Meridian, ID 83642
Day to Day:
If you already have experience with using Zendesk or any other CRM to resolve customer support issues, that would be a plus. Mainly we need someone who has great communication, empathetic and sympathetic towards customer needs, proficient with typing and highly skilled with desktop technologies.
