Job Description


This position is responsible for handling review of invoices for accuracy and presentment to protect our end-use customers and our Brand. This position will review invoices for accuracy, identify calculation or presentment issues to prevent defects and incidents related to products or bill print forms.

Position will also include performing pre and post UAT testing around new products and/or functionality.


  • Review invoices for accuracy around billing, price calculations, presentment, etc.

  • Analyze data gathered from multiple sources and determine appropriate action

  • Follow all company, legal and regulatory guidelines in response to customer issues

  • Assist with Return Mail & Correspondence Review processes

  • Review various data elements via ad-hoc reports daily

  • Perform all other duties as assigned


  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • 2+ years of job related experience preferred

  • Job related experience in out-of-state/Non-Texas preferred

  • ECI/Utilibill knowledge a plus

Days and hours of work are Monday-Friday 8:00 am-11:00 pm. Shift hours vary with a required one or two Saturdays per month. These hours may change upon the needs of the company.
